If you can't find your answer here, almost all information regarding our services can be found at the bottom of this page under Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, & Terms of Service.   1. What are my options for receiving the local foods? We offer home delivery and seasonal pickup locations. See below for detailed information and conditions on each.
  2. Is there a minimum order for seasonal pick up locations? No, see below for detailed information on this option.
  3. Is there a minimum order for home delivery? Yes, all home delivery orders must total $30.00 USD, before tax and $5 flat rate shipping. Free home delivery is offered for orders over $60.00 USD, before tax. There is no minimum order or delivery fee for seasonal pick up locations.
  4. Seasonal Pick Up Locations. You must specify in your order notes that you are requesting this option, and you must be to the pick up location within the timeframe. Before or after the timeframe must be communicated and affirmed beforehand by Spencer. Twin Falls Downtown Farmers Market at 9 AM to 1 PM, June 16th - October 27th, 2018. It is located on Main Avenue West, Downtown Twin Falls. Inquire about future pick up locations after October 27th.
  5. Recurring Product Orders. All of our product offerings can be set up as recurring order products. In other words, you can subscribe to a certain type and quantity of a product and have it delivered weekly or bi-monthly As the customer, you must choose to receive the product every 7 days or every 14 days (weekly or every other week). You can use this feature for the seasonal pick up location option, as long as we are at the Farmers Market. Any other hiccups or questions with this feature will be addressed as they arise.
