A third-generation family dairy, Old Almo Creamery sits in the shadow of the beautiful City of Rocks National Reserve located in Almo, Idaho. The dairyman, Phil Christenson, strives to use sustainable stewardship practices for his land and herd to further ensure that the dairy's legacy can be passed on for generations to come. Coming in gallon and half-gallon containers you can find two types of unhomogenized milk from Old Almo Creamery, both pasteurized whole milk and the deliciously sweet raw milk. Unhomogenized milk means that the cream will separate and float to the top, this usually gives the milk a sweeter, more old-timey taste. If you aren't a fan of the separation, don't worry, all you have to do have to do is give the bottle a good shake and it blends right back together.
